I don't know how you do the anal gland expressing but, I know the smell is awful. I attempted to do it to Hannah one time and nothing happened. I guess I wasn't doing it right.
Well to be honest, I really love doing it. It is not hard but can be painful to the dog. Just be prepared for it to shoot out everywhere and get on you. It is BEST to use gloves. And the smell is horrific!!!!!!
