25 Things

Who in the world can think of 25 random things? NOT ME!!! Well I guess I could but it would take me all day. And I would have to write it down on paper first. But I guess I could try, and this is suppose to be random and truthful? Is that right? Well I will give it a try a little later on.

I was so glad to hear from Steffanie Wibberg, I can't think of her last name. She is up some place where it is really snowing. I think it's cold if it is under 60 degrees.

I heard on the news today that some lady had 8 children. I can not imagine it at all. The Dr.'s knew she was having 7 but then they found 8.

It blows my mind how a woman can carry that many children. I just hope that they don't have future problems with health.

I had a little WILD CHILD with me yesterday. She was a mess!!!!

But she has just begun to explore and I mean really explore everything.

But that is what little babies do, they try and figure out so many things.

Well I need to vent!!!!!!! I can't figure out how that I can clean my house and it look so nice then on Sunday it looks like 4 people live here instead of 2. Clothes are everywhere, papers are all on the counters dishes all piled up in the sink beds not made shall I go on. I do laundry every single day and there are only 2 of us. It's like if you miss one day it takes

forever to get caught up with. And I HATE putting up white socks and underwear, I HATE to empty the dishwasher when all the water stays on top of some of the dishes and when you go to take them out the water spills out all over the other dishes. I do not like to mop the floor because the mops are all so short and you have to bend over and then you have a backache. Shall I go on, yes thank you!! I do not like it when Mike opens every drawer and leaves them open or closes them with part of some type of clothing is sticking out. Also when he takes his sock off of one foot and I can't find where the other one is. So in his drawer he never has complete matches. So when I lift up a cushion, there it is two days later.

I don't like dragging the garbage dumpster down the drive to the road.

But I do love when you come home from being gone and the sweet puppies greet you at the door and are so excited to see you, and it makes you feel so good no matter what kind of day you have had.

New Dog

Things are going pretty well with Daphanie and Macie. They had a little misunderstanding this morning over food. I forget that the alpha dog which is Macie I guess is the main ruler. But I forgot and put their food too close. Well I heard some fighting which lasted 2 seconds while I was in the other part of the house. I guess I need to feed them in different places. Daphanie is such a sweet little thing not agressvie at all and just goes with the flow. She loves Celie and I think Celie is not use to a animal that wants to stay around her. She stays with Celie all the time. But Daphanie is such a lover and wants to be loved all the time. Macie on the other hand is not loving, she is a loner and doesn't want to be bothered just let her alone and she is fine. Don't get me wrong, Macie loves Mike and likes for HIM to rub her tummy and go places. But she is actually an old maid. This is boring but I needed to update.

We have a new Dog !!!!!

I am so excited, I have wanted this puppy ever since my brother got her.

Never dreaming after 4 years he would give her to me. Her name(I cannot spell correctly) is Daphanie, she is a Tibetan Spaniel and she is so sweet. Now mind you we also have another sweet inside dog named Macie who has been here for 5 years and this is "HER" house, they get along pretty well. There still is some getting use to each other, but it's going good.

The Tibetan Spaniel were watch dogs for the Tibetan monastery barking to warn of intruders. They are very intelligent and are very loving and get along with children which is a plus since I have grandchildren.

Char. if you read this and know any information about this breed let me know. I know that they might have eye problems and can go blind. I just hope Daphanie does not go through this. I am posting some cute pictures.

There are still nice people in this world.

Sunday I was at CVS in Panama City to get some pictures developed and while I was there this lady came up to the counter where I was standing. She said she was going to purchase this blender as a "dirty santa" gift when I told her that my son and daughter-in-law had one almost just like it and they loved it. So she told me it was on sale for $7.99 so I thought I would go get one for myself and her daughter showed me where they were. She also was going to purchase another one but when we got to where they were there was only one. I told the little girl to just take that one for herself that it was okay. So I just wondered around the store for a little while waiting on my pictures. When I went up to the counter I saw the box, I ask the sales clerk did the lady change her mind? She said yes that she purchased it for you. I couldn't believe it, I started to run out of the store and thank her but the sales clerk said it was fine. The lady wanted me to have it and she paid for it. I still can't believe it. If you do nice things for others people will do nice things for you. And yes I do believe that also. Even today a sweet girl bought me a diet pepsi because I use to go into Buy Rite every day that I worked next door at Interiors, but since I don't work there anymore and she missed me she thought about me when I came up to the drive through. I know this is kind of long and I don't know who reads these things unless you know that person, but I thank the Lord for the NICE people in this world.

I Love Music

I hope that I can post this video, I tried yesterday and the long one failed and it was the one I really wanted to post. It was of Melanie singing the song that gets Celie all excited, but I think all music gets her excited. I hope all my grandchildren love music, sing it and play some kind of instrument (piano) and maybe what Sarah played trumpet? Sorry I can't remember. Anyway I know there is talent in our family and starting early is the best. Here is Celie I hope loving the music.

Mammaw Palmer's 97th Birthday Celebration

I know there are not many people that I know who are 97 yrs. old and don't look it. But our Mammaw Palmer looks like an angel. There were 32 family members to celebrate her birthday at her church today in Bonifay.

It was wonderful, and for so many people to come out and celebrate with her family. She has been a christian for 75 years and a member of the same church for that many years also. She has the most beautiful white hair and such a special lady who raised 5 children in the great depression after her husband had passed away unexpected. I loved to listen to the stories she tells of how she raised her family. And knowing God was the only way that she was able to do it. The pastor described her like Anna in the bible. We know that for a fact that there are 5 generations and maybe there might be 6. I am posting a few pictures of the special day. I wish everyone could have been there.

What has happened, it seems like it is going in the wrong direction. It completely wiped out all my visitors and started over. But yesterday it was at 69 now it is at 66 so what in the world is going on?

My Cake

I know, I feel so bad:) that I have almost finished my whole cake. Mike is going to throw a fit, since I am diabetic. But it was MY cake and it was delicious. Matthew and Sarah brought it over Sunday afternoon, just think it has only been since Sunday and I have eaten almost the whole thing. It was a Raspberry Elegance Cake from Publix Bakery and it had 4 layers with butter cream frosting and raspberries it was sooooooo good. And now I am feeling so guilty because my family only got one piece. I am so scared when Mike opens the box and this is all he sees one or just partly one small piece left. He is going to flip out. So now I don't know if I should eat the rest of it and get rid of the box. I need help on what to do.
Should I eat it or just leave it for Mike? The frosting was the killer, the cake batter was just ok, but the frosting oh man was it good.

Birthday Cake

No More Interiors Etc.

Well I am a little sad, I was actually kind of shocked to be honest as I thought I had at least another month to work at Interiors. Renee called today and said someone had bought out her entire inventory and we didn't have to even come in Monday. I guess I am glad for her but that leaves 3 people out of jobs. I did file for unemployment as soon as I got home. I worked there for 4 1/2 years I know that's not long but you see so many people now that I won't get to see. Mostly I will miss my co-workers as I have grown to love them as my family. We have had some great times there and laughing about crazy things. There are a lot of memories that were made and friendships that I will never forget.
The people that came down from the North are really gonna be shocked as they shopped there alot. Anyway, I will miss it so much and going over to Buy Rite to get my diet Pepsi and candy bar, now that is a combination.

Tiny Finger Prints

I know that Matthew doesn't understand motherhood at least mine. But I have a hard time throwing away my children's things, like some toys, papers they wrote to me and several other things. I just can't make myself throw them away. I just thing their little hands made this and it was so important to them. I am sorry but it's the way I am. I found a little book that Matthew had made I guess in 2nd grade, sorry I have to keep it. I have posted it and his 2nd grade class. Don't kill me Matthew but you did have so much hair back then.

Being Organized

Well I know Matthew and Sarah freaked out when Matthew opened up my fridge. It was a mess I admit, but right after they left I began the cleaning. I know it took me 2 hours because the juice from a honey baked ham had a hole in the bag that I didn't know and it leaked all to the bottom. I know I had mildewed sauces and other unrecognizable
foods but I hate to put glass jars and other heavy items in the garbage. But Matthew I used 2 garbage bags and my fridge is bleached and clean. It really looks so good, I do have a lot of things still in there but all are arranged neatly. I am going to begin in one of the bedrooms today as a project to clean out, Wish ME LUCK!!!!!
